2004 Nortrac NB3500B crawler for sale

I have A 2004 Nortrac NB3500B crawler with 47hrs on it that sit for 5yrs and the steering clutches stuck, the left side finally freed up but the right side hasn't after about 2hrs of use. are there any ideas on how I might free it up with out major tear down,help greatly appreciated Ron update I have 22k invested in this dozer, I can not afford to fix it on my now fixed income,will take about 12k for it now.

Not sure if you are aware but when these were NEW in 2004 they were sold for right around 12K. Some with some upgraded 3pt backhoes were running 14K... If you did pay 22K for it sorry about your luck.

You could expect to see $8k to $10k if it was in perfect running condition and had maintenance and repair records. I paid $18k for mine new in '05, which included rubber tracks, FEL attachment, and a backhoe. Where did you buy it if I may ask?
