Ron,

Sorry to hear that :( I suppose your warranty ran out. may be your had a Lemon or bad casting... may be there is something NH or dealer can do if you identify the source of the problem. As far as adding picture, you can use attachment tool that is available when you post . it is on the top row, 3rd from the right icon. Once you use the attachment tool it opens up a window that has the brows option, you pick up that option and identify where you have the file in the computer and it loads it up. this will use TBN resources. You can also do what I usually do, get a free photo uploading service like image shack, upload your photos there and it'll give you a link. You can cut'n'paste that link to the body of the thread someplace and once you "submit Reply" it'll add that pic to your thread. this will not use any TBN resources.

Ron,
I'm sorry to hear about your tractor.

It seems to me there was a similar thread a while back. In that case, the owner found that the dealer had used too short of bolts to attach the loader mounting brackets. Since the bolts were too short to engage enough threads in the frame casting, the stress from the loader wasn't distributed well enough through the frame. I don't recollect how this turned out.

I will be curious to see if you have the appropriate bolts for your loader brackets.

Good luck getting this resolved.

When was the last time you checked the bolts that hold the loader mounts? If they are not kept tight then you can break the casting from the play in the mounts. I do not think too many dealers used the wrong bolts but it is always a possibility but I am thinking it is most likely from bolts loosening up over time/use.

When I got my TN the bolts loosened up immediately as I don't think they were tourqued properly. I tightened them up and they have not loosened up in the 7+ years since. Best of luck to you.

My bolts go straight through the frame and have nuts on the back side. When I bought mine with 50hrs on it all the bolts that mount the fel to the frame were loose, and one was missing.
