Kabota L3130
I started my L3130 Kubota tractor this morning. It started and ran fine. About 12 degrees here. Then moved it about 100 feet and shut if off. After 15 minutes I tried to start it. It won't turn over. Battery is not dead. Tractor is in Neutral with light on dash. I hear the loud click when I turn on the ignition switch usually indicating the fuel solenoid is working. I turn the key but engine does not turn over. The seat kill switch seems ok and not blocked. Could it have blown a fuse? Any ideas? thank you...

Check your safety switches, park brake, pto and seat etc.. Make sure all the levers are back to their run position and you might try a jumper wire on the seat, also check the connections on starter and battery posts.

the PTO lever not in the off position is the most common cause of this on many brands...it's easy to bump with your arm...or get your heavy winter coat hooked on while getting off of it.

Have you tried boosting the battery.

My Ford 1210 did something similar. A 12V tester that looks like an ice pick with a wire to ground it solved the problem. Simply follow the wiring till the tester shows it to be dead - or live - depends on which end you start at.

Thank you for all the replies. This seems to be an intermittent problem that has just happened since the bitter cold began. Probably either the seat switch or the PTO lever. I try moving both and it seems to start. After 12 years it is probably time to replace at least the seat switch.
