2003 kioti ck20 backhoe controls leaking

Hello all,

My backhoe controls have started leaking I changed them before several years but now am having a hard time locating parts locally. I believe its a white plastic disc with a black rubber O ring. Also the down force control for bucket seems to want to be certain position for it to work, so I have to play with it to get it to work, not sure if that requires the parts that cause the leak or something totally different.

I noticed that no one has replied, I have the same backhoe on my 2007 CK20 that leaks in same location. I'm not going to be much help as I have not tried to locate parts. Just wanted to welcome you to forum and hope you get some help.

I'm in Canada so not much help for you but I've used the Mich. Iron website as they have great part pictures that show all the part numbers etc. I think they will happily ship parts to you as well if you're having problems finding parts locally.
Again I haven't used them personally given the crazy import costs, and exchange rate issues... But I did speak to them on the phone and they seemed helpful.

I've gone directly to valve controls manufacturer for the seals. I've had to replace all spool valve seals on my valve body and now trying to find alternative source as the white seals turn to jelly within a few years and you end up replacing again. You can see my other posts on the subject. The stock seals are big money and add up quickly. If you want stock mich iron are helpful.

Hmmm, this sorta of worries me, haven't had any problems in years. Is kioti still a strong brand? Did we lose all our dealers with support parts. Moved to Maine several years ago, couple of kioti dealers would come and go. However, figured I'd come on TBN and find plenty of dealers with parts simply because that's the way it was 2002 to 2005.

KK, guess I'll take a closer look at the controls for serial number, model etc. You say your looking for alternate source, that leads me to believe this is an ongoing issue.

I will say I've really been happy with CK20 even in snow heavy maine.
