That is a Case BER plow with the Eagle Hitch that somebody changed the lift pins on, the original lift pins looked a lot like quick hitch lift pins. It would have been orange from the factory.
I have the successor model plow to that one, a 3-14 MRB, that came from the factory as a normal 3 point plow. We also had a 4-16 MTA (semi-mount) growing up. You can still get shins and shares for the plow if it's an EX bottom plow but they are getting a little bit more obscure than they were a few decades ago, where you could just walk into a farm store and get wear parts.
