Backhoe 1st backhoe usage on B2620

I used my backhoe for the 1st time Sunday. (received it Friday evening, had to mow on Sat). I can tell I will need some practice to be any good using it. Did remove 2 small stumps and a group of bushes. So I am happy. Not too happy with my usage of controls, but will get better with practice. One thing I didn't know was that you had to have the left side control arms for the 3 point hitch connected to raise and lower the mower deck. Well that gave me practice of taking off the bh and installing the control arm back on. Would use the backhoe probably daily except I need to trailer the B2620 about 3 miles to the 16 acres I have.

Learning the art of hydraulic controls on one can be a challenge in itself. I remember my first rental unit, and the guy down the street who came over to show me how it "should be done". He operated a similar hoe every day, and made me look like I would never learn it.
I do all right, until they change the controls, which takes a new learning curve.

Yes it is, factory backhoe BH65 from Kubota. Paid too much, but waited too long before the prices went up in July. But I believe I will get alot of usage out of it.
