1997 L3600 500 hours, backhoe, 4 in 1 bucket ??

I'm about ready to buy a new B7800 but came across the above for $20,000 firm, about 15 miles
from where I live. I'd love any opinions on a comparison of these units. New with backhoe, regular bucket
backhoe and rear mower, my local price for the B7800 is $25,000. I'm on 8 acres, somewhat hilly but
not very rocky with lots of trees and brush to clear, plus building house, garage and putting in a vinyard. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

The L3600 is a lot more tractor than the B series, but the price seems high, would expect $18000 is a good deal. The B7800 at 25K with the RMM and FEL/BH is a good price at $25K

L3600 is a larger tractor than the 7800, it has a better bucket and is $5,000.00 less, BUT IT IS USED and u have to determine how it was used, was it a good 500 hrs? the price for the 3600 seems a tad high but that is really dependent on the area where u are.
