Battery went dead, installed new battery. Hook up the seat belt as usual, turn key on, wait for the count down then start. Starts right up and then the seat belt light starts flashing. Unfasten the belt and re fasten and everything is good. This has to be done after every shutdown. The seat switch checks good and belt switch checks good. I haven't found a wiring diagram but there must be something else in this circuit. Any ideas??

I know nothing about the 7775, but as a generic answer I would disconnect the battery for a while. Maybe it needs a system reset. Sometimes things can get confused when a battery is low, and need a full reset after being reactivated with a good battery. Easy to try.
