Hi everyone. First post here.I am looking at a 1987 Massey 1035,about 400 hours on it.Looks in good condition.Are there any know problems with these tractors that i should be aware of? Thanx for any info.

Those were pretty good tractors for the most part. 400hrs isnt anything for a tractor. Check the fluids and make shure they look clean and look at the filters to check if they look like they have been changed or does it look like original filters.Drive it around and check the clutch to make shure its not slipping. Like i said 400 hrs is not alot but it depends on how the tractor was taken care of.:thumbsup:
Thanks for the info. other than being dirty it looks like a well taken care of tractor,I think a hobby farmer had it and the local dealer did all the mantance on it. The engine sounds great,and starts good in the cold here in northern wi.No slippage in the clutch,just dont know anything about the toyosha engines.
