Note...I did not see a means to attach a pic so I posted it online and here's the link. I took the top 15a and bottom 3a fuses out for this picture. The two middle ones don't seem to have any problems.

Howdy...I just bought this rig with 775 hours on it from the original owner. It seems to be in good shape overall. However...
Firstly, my forward headlamps, hazard lamps, and little red rear facing lamp all are intermittent. I've checked the wiring visually and by touching/moving where I can reach from the battery to the back where the lights are themselves. When they don't work, it seems to be related to the switch being turned off and turned on again, meaning, they haven't gone off yet in the middle of use (with the switch pulled up/on), only when I've turned off the lights and try to turn them back on.
I've swapped the fuse for a new one and it has the same issue. The contacts are tight and clean. Wiring seems intact. I'll attach a pic of my fuse box. What I don't understand is why the top right terminal doesn't have a wire on it? Is the other side wired through the headlamp light switch?
Also, I know what the middle two fuses do (temp and fuel gauge, both 5A) but what does the lowest one do? It's a 5 amp fuse and it also does not have a lead/wire coming from one side. When I remove it nothing seems to be affected.
The fuse panel also becomes noticeably hot to touch after the lights stay on for a couple of minutes. Also the clear lamp covers from the bulbs themselves become quite warm. I haven't removed them to see if they're the right part number bulb. The bulbs and the fuses haven't blown yet with a couple of hours of usage total.
Does anyone know how to test the fuse panel leads to see that power is where it's supposed to be? Like when is 12v supposed to be present and on what side of the fuse?
Second problem, the red battery warning (means not charging, per manual) light is on All The Time. How do I check to see if the alternator and voltage regulator is handling the recharge correctly? If the voltage regulator is bad, could it cause my intermittent light problems and hot fuse box (even though they are not blowing, not yet anyway).
Thanks much!
