Folks, those Allis' are real Finds!! They are G models and are VERY COLLECTABLE! If I was up there, I'd be buying both of them. Very interesting tractors and looks like the rear tires are in good shape. Anyone thats interested in ACs really should look into this if they are within 500 miles...BobG in VA

I've found a very clean "G" here in California. Sheetmetal is perfect, straight and no rust, engine is stuck. Tires are poor. One weld on one of the steering arms if I recall correctly. Anyone venture a guess what I should pay for it?

They are in Morden, Manitoba about 15 miles from North Dakota or 60 miles from Minnisota or about 1000 miles from me.

Way out there, I wouldn't want to hazard a guess, but I bet you could part it out on Ebay for a bunch, especially if the sheetmetal is good. I know a guy that has one that he redid. He also has the cultivators and the single bottom plow that connects underneath. Neat tractors. Sort of reminds me of the "first" dune buggy....Find out what they are asking for it, check Ebay...good luck. BoibG in VA

BobG, I was considering putting a little diesel in it. I have a couple 14HP 3-cylinder Kubota's on the shelf. The idea would be to make it look dead stock to the casual observer. Blasphemy to some I suppose....

Man! Wouldn't that be cool! I'm not sure but I think those little gas engines were about 10 hp (about the same as a Farmall Cub). However comma, if the engines aren't stuck and you find that you can run them as they are, definitely get both, redo the gas engine in one and put the diesel (if its do-able) on the other. They use a continental N62 engine with a similar block to a massey harris pony.. though different starter / bellhousing arangement. For the engine block, MHP 'innards' and Allis G innards are mostly swappable.

There was a fellow here in florida doing diesel conversions to the G's.. but he's outta business now.

I had bought an old gasser from him a while back and did it up nice. i take it to shows now.

Whoever is close.. try and get them... Perhaps bid 300$ each.. then try to make a running unit, then part the other to cover your purchase cost.

Sheet metal for these is at a premium..
