Post 32, you are supposed to tighten the filter 1.5 turns past seating (folks, that is TIGHT) and you are not going to do it by hand.
I tightened up my last one with something, probably filter pliers, and it has been working fine, but wanted to get a "cap type" wrench for the next change.
Well, the next change is here, and I cannot find a cap type wrench to fit that Hydro filter. Napa, HF, O'rielleys, Carquest etc do not have one in stock, nor do they show anything in their books.
I am thinking a rubber strap wrench at the base will probably be my next approach, but wondered if anyone here used something else, better?
Thanks
