When I put my 1725 in a high gear, I've lose power when I release the clutch. I replaced the fuel filter, clean the tank, bleed the lines and still power loss. My idle is at 2000 rpm and when I shift into a higher gear, as soon as I left off the clutch the RPMs fall and the tractor wants to quit. I was told to raise the tractor and make sure that the wheels spin freely. I did this and in neutral, they will rotate but what I would consider a restricted pace. If I spin it hard, it won't get one revolution. Maybe that is how it should be, not sure. Also on the 1725 there is the fuel shut off that is connected to the dash to shut it off. I've had times when I would have to push the end of that cable that is next to the fuel pump to get it started. Is that cable connected to the solenoid in the pump? And would that have any effect on my loss of power?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
