1720 new holland wiring harness

Brother-in-law purchased a 93-94 1720. Had starting issues, and ended up burning main wiring harness up.
Have had no luck questioning New Holland for info, and Messicks can't seem to get me the complete harness.
Any ideas to get him up and running?

Thanks, I have wiring diagram, just not looking forward to all that work. I guess I was hoping for the kind of plug and play option. Will keep looking.
