I followed the tech tips and troubleshooting information that you provided me and it was the relief valve, spring and poppet, after adjusting the control valve to specs and removing the guts from psi relief valve and running the engine the noise to go away, I found a tractor company in Colorado called FarmLand that sales used tractor parts, I purchased a used control valve 140, when i received I took it apart and found the spring 3/16 longer and the poppet in better condition. I installed and was able to adjust it immediately and alot easier than before with out the fluctuations when the fluid got hot, the loud noise is gone, there is a small noise like a purging sound it could be air, I ran it with a box blade and a rotary tiller and it ran great. Now the only issue I have is when I lift and tilt the loader to the max , I guess the stopping point I get a loud squealing sound coming from the loader side valve , do you have any trouble shooting information on that possibly?
