16la bucket cylinder ID

My dealer says i need to find the date code (week/year) stamped on the cylinder, near the middle of the tube this will identify what kit i need but i can find no numbers stamed on the cylinder tube on either cylinder, According to the serial numbers on the fel the dealer says its a 2005 16la and the cylinders were only made from this manufacturer (Ognibene) until 2006. does anyone else see any numbers stamped on their bucket cylinders? 16LA fel's were made from '99-'06 but they must have switched cylinders or manufacturers sometime in in between because there is a 007 kit and a 007A kit. I believe the lift cylinders are are the same way with two kits available.

after scratching some paint i found something that may be numbers but are almost impossible to read, guess i'll take a educated guess as to what they are and go from there. Will have to find the paint code now to touch up the cylinders!
