1640 Loader on B7100?

Hi Folks.
I've been trying to find a Kubota 1630 Loader to fit my B7100hst with no luck so far. I have been able to find a 1640 though which is supposed to fit a B7200.
I found a thread from a long time ago with someone saying they were going to take a crack at making a 1640 fit on their B7100 but there was no follow up post to say if they were successful or not.

Has anyone ever seen/heard of a 1740 on a 7100? I'm at my wits end trying to find a Loader for mine.

To further complicate your search, there are two versions of the B7100. The original series, sold in the 1970's / 1980's, and a newer version in the 1990's. I bought a B7100HST 4WD model in 1980 with a FEL installed. It used a separate hydraulic pump mounted on the front engine driveshaft to power the FEL. Newer 7100's used tractor powered hydraulics. It may be easier, and only slightly more expensive, to find a used B7100 or equivalent with FEL already installed. Overall, I was happy with my 7100 and FEL but without power steering, it was a real pain to steer with a lot of weight in the bucket. I eventually traded it for an L2550.
