1635 (or 1600 series) hst front wheel drive shaft cover

Can someone take a pic of theirs ? Clearly something is up with mine and I want to see whats missing.

I loosened off the clamp at the rear of the guard and was able to move it forwards just fine, just curious if theres a cover.

That piece is the cover. The O-ring you can see in the picture helps seal it. You did just what needed to be done.

Thats what I figured, the dealer confirmed for me by email shortly after i slid it forwards.

I tell you this land clearing bit is really doing a number on the tractor ... will be glad when its done
