1620 not moving after it gets hot

I have a new holland 1620 that runs fine until it heats up and then it gets sluggish and wont move. The engine is fine it feels like it is in the hydro system. I have changed the fluid and filters but it does the same thing. I am pretty good at doing most repairs by myself but am at a loss here. I would appreciate any help on this. Thanks in advance.

I'm sure you used the correct hydro fluid but, thought I would mention the obvious. Also, does it have a fan to cool the hydro unit? If so, maybe it's not working correctly?

I used a napa equivalent or at least they old me it was. It is doing the same thing with the dealer fluid as the napa. No cooling fan although the fan does cool the tran cooler.
