1538 Shuttle new - 55 hours - Engine Malfunction Light Flashing??

I have a 2015 1538 Shuttle, roughly 55 hours on it so far. I was on it the other day and noticed the Engine Malfunction light started flashing. I turned engine off and then turned back on and light kept flashing. At that point, I had not completed my 50 hour service, so I went ahead and completed that and once turning it back on the light came back on. I already had to take it back to the dealer within a month due to the forward/reverse lever gear jumping and they fixed it. This would be the second time something has come up and I have no idea what is causing it. Any ideas?

The flashing light for mine indicated a defective temperature sending unit as diagnosed by the dealer. The dealer indicated that the regional rep had seen this before and that the new sending units are scarce. It is under warranty so take it in and have Mahindra fix it. BTW the service manager also told me that Mahindra is recommending a fuel treatment additive on the tier 4 engines as the quality of the fuel varies so much. It lubricates the injector pump?
