1400 hour 520-H tractor

I've been looking for a 520-H Wheel Horse and found one, but with almost 1400 hours. This is very high hours and even the Onan engine must be showing some considerable wear and reduced life span by now.

Get involved? or not? What price with deck justifies buying this tractor, just sayin'....
