Rear end seems to be locking up back wheels making tracks

differential lock sticking?

Just a shot in the dark here.
With the tractor on flat hard surface, rock it back and forth.
If there is discernible "gear slack" it may be in the transmission or other gears. If there is NO slack, look for brakes sticking, froze, applied, etc.
Is it cold there? Perhaps water in the bottom of the differential or transmission has froze, locking everything up?
