1250 Hydro Cub Cadet

Recently purchased a Cub 1250 hydrostat.Are the wheets to free wheel when engine is not running.If not is there a release pin to allow free wheeling.We are picking it up and do not want to damage anything.Thanks for any in put.

There were some with a lever on the right of the console and then some are auto bleed downs. To remove the console cover would put you at the two valves on the top that would have the releases.


Some models do not have the valves with releases on them but if the tractor hasn't been run for a while it should push easy.

Thanks Art,I will check for the lever and valves.The tractor has only been turned over,but not running.Cub cadet is all new to me.Thanks
