Here is a photo of this weekends project. Re-face a stable door. Both doors need done, but only one at a time. The door is 14x10ft and was covered with T-1/11. It was a BIG heavy monster to move. I had a heck of a time trying to keep the roller rails from comming down. In addition to adding more rollers, repairing the rails, I plan on replacing the t-1/11 with a lighter weight nylon(plastic) product.

Sure hope someone giving you a hand w/this project.

Any ideas on what type of nylon{plastic} yet for the door.

I have seen both metal and nylon panel at the local lumber yard. Going over there to do some final evaluation. Lowes also has a roofing panel that looks like it might work as well.
