My girlfriend and I decided to make a Spring garden this year.
I don’t have a PTO tiller or a set of discs for my Yanmar YM2500 tractor, so a friend came and filled up the spot for me with his John Deere 1023R tractor. I’m hoping to get a 4’ tiller next year.
I ended up having 10 rows, each...
Does anyone have experience with a spring water source for a house and barn? We are looking at a house which has a spring water source. The current owner has only lived at the place for a few years, but the place is about 20 years old. He says it has never run dry on him and he said the prior...
Het guys. I was down in Russell Springs Ky couple of weekends ago looking at some attachments when I ran into a JD rep. I asked him about the about the DEF programming that the EPA is saying the manufactures can now change to stop limp mode. He basically said JD is looking into it. Anyway, I...
Hello all, went to put my bucket on this morning on my Kioti 2610 with the Kl4030 loader and found that one of the spring pins for the detach lever is gone. This connects the release arms to the quick attach pins and also holds that assembly together.
Haven't been able to locate a part number or...
The rubarb is coming in very well this year.
We don't grow a lot, just a row of about a dozen good hills.
I love sauce, and like to have it as a cold beverage on a hot day.
Rubarb sauce with cottage cheese is a favorite also.
My wife makes the best crisp as well. Desert with ice cream.
It's...
This is the accumulation of this past storm. And it’s still snowing in the mountains where these amounts were measured. This was on tonight’s local news.
Hey guys and gals.
Mrs. P and I recently, in the last 6 months, moved into our new country estate. We have had a continuous wet spot in the lawn of the house lot 40-50' away and a foot or so lower than the foundation. My initial thoughts were that it was a low spot at the confluence of some...
I just acquired a Ford 3000 and was changing the hydraulic fluid. I was using a strainer and to my surprise I found a spring that came out with the hydraulic fluid. The hydraulics take about 15 to 20 minutes before their operational and I’m wondering if having lost this spring that’s the issue.
These are the only numbers that are printed on my pump that you can still see. Which number do I use to determine the governor spring position? I have seen the chart but don't know which number to use that corresponds. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hello! I have a Deutz-fahr 4070E tractor. My clutch pedal spring broke so now i don't know where it attaches on the pedal side. I can see the hole on the chassis side(the static one). I need the diagram so i can attach it without removing the whole fuel tank!
Thank you!
Recently i cleaned my CAV injection pump because everything was stuck. After this starting was difficult and the throttle at idle speed was no longer in its original position. What did i do wrong? Used govenor spring code number 3, is this correct?
The older pump has the following numbers: CAV...
Hi everyone,
I have a B2410 with a hydro pedal that won't center. The shock is good. I am thinking that the spring, #4 in the illustration, is broken or missing. My question is, how do you access that spring? I have never torn down a small Kubota like this and see the transmission top support...
When I bought my current house I negotiated to keep the seller's 445 garden tractor, which came with a 60" mid-mount (set for mulching) and a two-way (hydro) front snow blade.
This part was in the tractor shed with some filters and such. Dunno what it's for, have never wished for it, but I...
I'm a little late with the spring mowing of our field this year, and it's offering my John Deere 870 all it wants in third gear (2½ mph):
The flail is doing a good job on it. But I'm going to have to get a couple more cans of diesel, as it's going though it faster than usual.
Recently saw a photo of spring dampers used inside the pole of a used M&W 9T running gear. I’d like to replicate this in the pole hitch on my running gear to dampen the jerkiness of a dump wagon loaded with gravel. Can’t seem to find anything like it for sale.
Anyone have thoughts on where to...
