restart

Ford 3000 runs great no smoke or engine blow by also compression is excellent. Here is the problem first start is fine tractor works for 30 minutes or more then you decide to turn it off , restarting it takes a long very long cranking while not showing any smoke, could the problem be a worn vane...

I was cutting pastures for 1+ hours when the tractor stopped running with a puff of white smoke coming out the side of the engine. I tried to restart but starter did'nt turn over yet dash lights were on as normal. I let it cool down for an hour then checked the oil, antifreeze level, radiator...

I was pushing under a log and lifting when the tractor stalled before I could release pressure. Immediately tried to restart it, but it won’t turn over at all. I have power, radio and gauges work. I’m thinking hydrostatic pressure must be relieved for engine to turn over. Any suggestions?
