montana 2740

Anyone with a montana 2740 know or can measure length of loader cylinder? Rebuilder lost my cylinders so need replacement size. I have bucket cylinders still attached so just need length pin to pin in collapsed position of loader cylinders.

Hey guys, I just picked up a Montana 2740 and i noticed it wont go into reverse. Goes into neutral and forward gear just fine but does not move when i put it into reverse. Any ideas? Has 320 hours on the tractor as well. Thanks for all the help again!

Long story short I in a hurry raised the bush hog to high. I moved the lever a little past the stop by accident. Now it won't lower. Anyone ever have this issue and how can I fix it? Thanks

Anybody out there have a 2740 model Montana. Test drove one yesterday and kind of liked it. It was gear drive w/fel. Very simple to operate and nothing fancy. Any opinions?

I am looking at the 2 smaller Montana tractors. The 2740 has a Daedong engine. Is this just a rebadged Kioti or is it a LG with just the Daedong engine? The 3040 has a Mitsubishi engine. Same question, is it a rebadged Mitsu or a LG with a Mitsu engine? Anyone have an opinion on these 2...
