hello people, can someone tell me if a 15 hp ,MT372D has a hydraulic top link cylinder that can provide down force on say a box blade?

I saw a Mitsubishi MT372D for sale with what seems to be a good price. Does anyone have any info about parts availibity for this tractor? Who can provide replacment/maintance parts? Is this a gray market tractor?

My MT372D overheats when cutting grass for more than 30 minutes. Radiator exterior is clean. Water pump? Thermostat? Radiator plugged? What should I check first? Also, oil overflows from the top of the gear box through shifter hole when the engine is hot. Is this just an overfill problem?
