kubota b7400

As far as I can tell, my B7400 has no safety switch for the seat. I'd like to add a switch. Any ideas on how to wire it?

Has anyone had or used or noticed a difference in the lift capacity between the B7400 (LA272FL-1)and the new B2320 (LA304)? There are differences in the numbers, like GPM of hydrolic fluid flow, max weight, etc.. but can you actually notice a difference when using?
