We are new to the forum. Just bought a 1978 JD 500 C backhoe/Loader. Looking for a technical,repair manual....any leads?

My dealer can't get a global carrier for 30 days. I am getting a 5065e with 553 loader. I may one day get a grapple in addition to the 73 inch bucket. Is the 500 carrier inferior to the global such that I should wait an extra month? Appreciate any feedback on the 2 carriers
