john deere 1600 turbo

Need help on John Deere 1600 series 2 WAM Please. The front Blades just barely move and the wing blades do not move at all. All other hydraulic functions work such as deck lift, and forward/reverse. The lights in the side panel indicate that the deck is engaged. TIA

Need some help. I work for a school district, we have a 2005 John Deere 1600 turbo WAM that will not bring either of the side wings up after the unit is started and warmed up. It will bring decks up when cold but does so very slowly. Where do I start to diagnose this thing?
