ford 960

Looking for a source for a seal kit for a power steering cylinder on a ford 960 narrow front with a 5/8" rod. New Holland does not have one (there fits a 1/2" rod) and neither does Merssik's. I was told the seal kit from a '55 - '56 might work but I don't know if the is true or not.

Hello, recently me and my grandfather overhauled this tractor from front to back tires, rims, motor,electrical. Now we can not find a steering cylinder to finish this project, does anybody know where i can find one, or one that will work of another tractor. Thank you.

Has anyone saw a Ford 960 wood splitter. i can't find any info on it and i have one in good condition. Wanted info on it.. it used a huge acme thread rod instead of cylinder to move ram.. very different for me... will post pic tomm...

I looked at a 1956 Ford 960 that came on the market recently. Drove it and it seemed OK. However, the PTO could not be engaged unless the engine was stopped. Can this problem be fixed with a clutch adjustment or does the clutch have to be replaced?

Just thought I'd let you know i have made available my ford 960. I have bought a new John Deere 4320 cab tractor. It must be collectable because i've been chewed out a number of times over the years when a old timer would see me at the gas station with a box blade or brush hog on the back...

Im looking at a 55 ford 960 the guy who has it says he has replaced the oil pump andpressure guage but still has no pressure to guage. however after replacing pump it blew the head gasket is this some thing i should be majorly concerned about or is this a common problem? the tractor has...
