Where can I find info & parts for adding PTO to my 80's model Case 480 Landscape Loader with shuttle shift?

I have a 4WD Case tractor . Recently we were moving dirt around and it was getting harder to move it around. We first thought it was in 2wd mode and was just acting slow. But the problem quickly got worse. Reverse and Forward both now are non existent. It went from driving normal to nothing...

I did a google search and could not come up with much on the specs for this machine. I found one on craigslist about an hour away and am interested in it. It has a FEL and a box blade on the back. I could not tell from the pics but do these have a standard 3pt hitch and pto? Any ideas on HP...
