The hydraulic fluid (oil) in our 400A tractor is foaming and spills out through the tank overflow line. I had just added oil and only filled it to 1/2 way in the tank. Is my pump going out, filter plugging up? Hydraulics all work fine but pump does make a noise like it's in a bind when turning...
