My kubota b7510 will not start. In the fuse box the middle fuse 10 amp. Will blow when i try to start it. Have check all the wires that are expoesd now unsure what to do next?

I need to cut off and weld on new ball joints on the drag link for my 2004 Kubota B7510HSD. The drag link is the rod that goes from the steering gear box to the knuckle arm. Does anyone know where I can buy the correct ball joint ends or does anyone know the specs of them (taper, etc.) so that...
