Well, it wasn’t the gas cap or the fuel filter. It still runs for a couple of minutes and then dies like it is fuel starved. It’s been damn hot down here for the last few weeks, well over 100°. Could this thing possibly be vapor locking?

Thanks guys. I know that the fuel lines are good and that with the gravity feed it would keep running. But, I will try the fuel cap suggestion since I have been running it with the fuel cap in place. And, although the fuel filter is installed in the correct direction, Occam‘s razor comes in to play.

Does anyone know of an attachment that will fit on the quick attach front end loader of a John Deere 1025R that will allow me to connect a three point implement to the loader, such as a disc or blade
