I am looking at a IH 254 compact 24hp 4x4 (mitsu.) diesel built in the mid 80's . The only problems seems to be the PTO. You have to push in the clutch to engage it and I feared that when the clutch is applied to stop the unit the PTO will come to a stop too. not "live power" I believe is the...
