Hello All, RTV500 lacking power which leads me to the coil. i'm reading 3 ohms primary and 29.8 k on the secondary.
What is the spec for the secondary?

I've heard that to tow or bring a tractor into quebec one may need a day permit of sorts... Anyone familiar with this? I am just going to use it to help my family and friends. I live in Ontario.
