So I had electric issues, which after about 30 fuses I found to be the glow plug.
I replaced the settling bowl, both glow plugs, starter, starter switch and both fuel injectors, took the spring and coupler out of the pump and cleaned that, made sure it was full of oil, cleaned the other coupler...
