Positive ground setup on a New Holland L425. The alternator light is dim at idle and bright red at higher RPMs. I believe it to be late 70's or early 80's machine. It does not have an alternator, so I am assuming it is a stator variant of this engine. I didn't see the ac/dc diode upon initial...
