Reviving an old thread… What if you’re having this exact problem with the same fuse being blown but the CSA (cold start advance) is not the problem. I’m having the same issue and I’ve unplugged the CSA but still having the F1 key switch fuse being blown as soon as the key is turned on.

Cold Start Advance sensor = CSA. Thanks, I should’ve clarified that.
