    New NX6010 HST CAB

@kbn70 Its reasonable in July I bought a NX5510CH (Cab Hydro) with loader because its all any dealer knew they were going to get in. I added two additional rear remotes and the third function among several other things. Mine has the R14 ballasted and the wheels set in the widest position. It...

    Price Check DK4510 to NX5510C

21’ NX5510 with loader was $39k end of July. The equivalent DK Built the same was only $2k less, was a no brainer. I wanted the NX6010 but the dealers didn’t know when they would get one and there was a 5510 available that day. I didn’t haggle I knew it wasn’t going to do any good right now.

    455 Rancher not oiling properly

I’ve had better luck with the Stihl brand oils than a lot of the others, they seem to be slightly less viscous and make their way to the chain. I don’t think “bar oil” even existed when the Macs I use were made. They all have “Use 30w oil” or something to that effect on the “bar oil” cap...

    455 Rancher not oiling properly

Disclaimer: This is just my experience I’m not trying to convince anyone of anything. Y’all are grown you can make your own life choices and it won’t affect me in any way. I’m using full chisel, I make my own chains. The newer saws run at higher rpm and don’t have the torque of the older saws...

NX6010 cab w/ loader Hood or bonnet pops open

My NX5510 had some shipping damage on the hood and the latch was bent. As hard as it is to find a tractor right now I didn't argue too much and I got a "free" rear remote out of it. Got it home and uses a pry bar to "Adjust" the latch so it would latch correctly and stay locked. Haven't had...

    455 Rancher not oiling properly

I replaced the factory bar on my 455 with an oregon bar...the oiler holes didn't line up and I had oiler issues took me a while to figure it out. . I replaced the oiler and messed with oil, ruined a couple of chains and the bar. I ALMOST threw it away i was so mad. I decided that for a 50cc saw...

    Kioti NX Series parts catalog???

I messed up and didn’t confirm the door was latched before I started down the road with it on the trailer. I always check it and lock it as a way to confirm. Found out a family member passed last night and mind wasn’t on my normal checklist. I need to find just the glass and door handle...

    Light duty FEL Brush Cutter

It’s rated for 17.9 at the pump, not sure what it is at the remotes. I’m estimating 10 when I’m using steering.

    Light duty FEL Brush Cutter

I have a few spots on hills on the side of my drive/shop that a light duty brush cutter mounted on the FEL would be nice and make my life a lot easier, rather than using a weed eater with a saw blade. It’s just briars and tall grass but would just be tall grass if I could keep it cut. I’m...

    Regen for DK5510

NX5510 HST Cab....my 2 auto regens have both been right at 45 and 47 hours using a rotary/flail/finish at PTO RPM with maybe 15 hours of each cycle using the grapple, land plane, or other ground implement with the linked pedal function.

Getting a new portable fuel tank.

I picked up a scratch and dent 80gallon tank/toolbox combo for $600, the toolbox was banged up but the tank is pristine. They had locked it and lost the keys, I drilled it open and found a GPI 8gpm pump and filter inside.

I have a couple of sweetgum stumps left if you want to test that theory.

    Digging stump techniques

If it’s like a sweetgum I’d rather be kicked in the balls by an angry horse than try to dig it up with a TLB. I resorted to a D6 with a ripper after a full day for 1 stump.

Already have the QH, its not too bad except with the flail since its more tightly packed right at the hitch pins. I prefer not wrestling the arms and adjusting them side to side and in and out to make everything line up. PTO shafts will always make me want to buy multiple tractors and leave...

I saw that mine will only be about 20' long, its a narrow wet weather creek that water only gets 8-10" deep but the area gets very soggy and is not suited for 8500# of tractor. Ill end up with it stuck and that's not a day I want to have. Plan is to set ends of 7-9 poles on a concrete slab in...

I help run a power sports forum and as many good ideas as if had I've stolen other peoples. I'll happily give credit where credit is due. Looks like a small bridge is on the list ahead of finishing the clearing for a shop, my implement storage has been across a wet weather creek and the 2000#...

I did a thing. I had an OLD Kubota B1500 that finally needed brakes, tires, the mid-mount mower couldn’t be fixed anymore, and I just got tired of figuring out a way to use a 15HP tractor to do a 30hp tractors job. It had 4005 hours on it 8 years ago when it was given to me and the hour meter...

    NX Series Parts/Owner/Workshop Manuals - PDF's

Thanks y'all. I help run another forum for power sports and its nice when folks help the FNG. ISP is normally not to persnickety about large files but for some reason the NX shop manual is not wanting to download over it. I tried tethered to my phone to see if that made a difference, took...

    NX Series Parts/Owner/Workshop Manuals - PDF's

Just joined the forum after buying a NX5510CH, haven't made it that far into the Kioti threads yet. A lot of helpful info I am sorting through and book marking. Going Tuesday to pick up my 50 hour service materials and the rest of my implements since I had to upsize from all 5' to 6' and 7' in...
