Thank you, and yes not thinking that one is QH compatible. Was hoping someone here would know.

Quick Hitch Compatible Carry All Frame

Of the many that are out there in the $200 to $300 dollar range, none seem to be stated to be QH compatible. Thus I was wondering if anyone has actual knowledge. Thank you!

    New 2019 ZD1211 loosing coolant?

Had the same coolant loss after each 4 hr use - about 2/3 of the reservoir. Never saw a leak. Tightened lower radiator hose after reading this thread, no more loss. Wish I had read the thread about the Deck casters falling off and getting mowed after the pins pop out. Replacing with bolts and...

    ZD 1211 Tires Change Question

Well I had the dealer order a pair of rims from the ZD 300 series that I believe will fit 26/12-12 tires, thus the standard for ZT's. Was looking for recommendations with something like a Carlisle Trac Chief which appears similar to a R1 vs. the Carlisle HD Field Trax which appears "knobby"...

    Z700 Series

Keep the old machine as you say. I have a ZD1211 and 20+ degree slopes. The ZT is unmatched for open and relatively flat trimming and tight flat spaces. It is also fine going up and down 25 degree hills when fine control isn't required, but unless you have space at the bottom of the hill to...

    Minimum HP for Flail Mowers

I have a Kubota lx2610 so 20 pto hp, operates a del morino ditch bank flail with hammers just fine. Loaded tires and 0.5" spacers. The flail is the 52 or 54" model, can't remember which. It is the middle one they make of the light weight ditch bank mowers, funny super I think. It can handle up...

If You Were To Get A New 6 Ft Finish Mower - What Would You get?

The Brush Hog 6ft RFM I had was rear discharge, left a gorgeous cut on uneven yard, and was built as thick and heavy as a rotary cutter. If only my tractor could have pulled it faster. 25 hp not enough if you have hills.

Suggestions for light weight pallet forks

I believe the frame and forks from Artillian will be the lightest you will find, likely also the priciest. Very nice product and the frame can be used with many attachments thus obtaining more value.

    ZD 1211 Tires Change Question

Would be great to hear how the chevrons and fill works out and thanks for your experience regarding air vs. solid fronts. I asked the dealership about filling the rears and he said you didn't want to do it as it had broken some machines. I presume they wouldn't warranty, but do not know that...

    Kubota ZD6154 Chute Deflector

Will go to the barn tomorrow, or try to and get you photos, only mowed once with the zd before winter, and to be honest that last now was more like a drive, but had to do something when it arrived. So I "mowed" 5 of the 10 acres and put her in the barn. Will look for you, happy to help if I can.

    Kubota ZD6154 Chute Deflector

I have one, works fine and seems like it will last. Including dealer install was 1/2 the price of electric with foot pedal control. If you used constantly I think the foot pedal would be better.

Neat Farms vs Wingfield Econodrag Chain Harrow

Thanks for the information and for the additional potential source. Jeff would you prefer the priefert over yours in unbent form? I suppose from continued reading that a landscape rake might provide a similar usefulness and take up less space. Have never used either so have no idea which...

Neat Farms vs Wingfield Econodrag Chain Harrow

I am considering a frame chain harrow and have found these units. Just looking for any advice/experience regarding the two. The Wingfield is about $400 more, but may have more ease of use from the description and videos, but hard for me to tell as there is little information regarding the Neat...

    ZD 1211 Tires Change Question

The seat is extremely nice. Our yard/field is quite rough in places and ride is ok, but first zt so little to compare to. The issue is traction, but in addition to the ez glides I do believe that 4" less rim would have to improve ride. Would also like to switch to air filled fronts from what I...

Mod question for BETSTCO FH-AGL-145 flail mower...(flow restrictor? PTO extension?)

    ZD 1211 Tires Change Question

Is anyone aware of a source for more aggressive tread pattern tires for this ZT? Would like those available for a Bad Boy for example, but due to Kubota's 2" taller rim nothing seems available. I presume I could buy "normal" rims with the desired tread pattern tires which would result in the...

    Owner Reviews on LX Series

Yes, putting PTO in mid allows the rear shaft to freely turn. When new especially you have to spin the PTO a little bit to get it to engage mid. I have no issue in my use of the rear hydraulics. Also, a mistake I made was the SU tires as they are taller, thus taking more torque to turn. I...

    Owner Reviews on LX Series

When the weather is colder than about 40 F my 2610 is a little jerky until the fluid heats up a little. No problem for me, but I don't use it when it's too cold outside for the fluid to get warm. That weather doesn't exist here. I like the machine quite a bit, just wish I had bought more HP...

    Owner Reviews on LX Series

I have a 2610 and wish I had bought a 3310. The 2610 with a 6ft RFM can't make it up a minor to me grade and maintain PTO or forward speed. I sold the RFM and bought a ZT. Certainly the best solution, but also much more money that could have been avoided with enough tractor power. Would the 3310...

Thoughts RE Bad Boy Renegade Diesel vs. Kubota ZD1200 ZT Mowers

Thank you greatly for your responses. I will elaborate a bit on the hill situation, my front yard of about 5 acres is a hill, but it is gentle, would not be a problem for anything to drive sideways on it. On the other 5 acres we have some very steep hills, too steep to drive anything...

Thoughts RE Bad Boy Renegade Diesel vs. Kubota ZD1200 ZT Mowers

Would greatly appreciate your thoughts on these mowers. From my research the BB has suspension front and rear, while the Kubota has only front. The Kubota has an integrated drive transaxle and shaft drive deck, whereas the BB seems to have separate pumps and wheel motors with everything belt...

X500 Will not start when hot - please help

Yes, if it died intermittently, this is another possibility as from my understanding intermittent or when hot dying tends to be electrical. I have none of those problems. It just will not start when hot. Once started, no problems. However I do need to get a spark tester and try the cold towel...

X500 Will not start when hot - please help

I have not, unsure of how to diagnose that. Wasn't aware it had such a module. If that could be the problem then I guess it's time to take it to the dealership. But I continue to believe a fuel vapor lock situation of some form is more likely.

X500 Will not start when hot - please help

Thanks guys. It will not start when hot choke on or off. Will pull the cap next time and see if that helps, but if that were the problem I would think it would die after being used awhile, but will check when I can get back to it.

X500 Will not start when hot - please help

Thank you. Been meaning to get a spark tester and will do so and be sure. Should not be the problem because it doesn't die intermittently when hot, but I understand the knowing concept. Would have never thought of cooling the carb with an ice towel, great idea, will try that when I can. Unsure...

I have a X500 with 330 hours that will not start when it is hot, until it cools off - then it will start. FEL Mounted Brush Cutter Recommendations

The unit from Hardee has the hydraulic control you want and rear pto driven hydraulics. But it is about 30", so 80 acres will take a while... I considered it and a ditch bank flail. Saved $3k and bought flail. Should have spent the $3k as maneuverability with the flail causes too many problems.
