I have a 2000 Kioti 3054 that I recently bought off my father-in-law. Every time I engage the PTO it rakes the gears and the clutch does not seem to work the PTO. I ask my father-in-law about it and he said it had always done that. Are there a way of adjusting the PTO clutch or what?? Lou
