I would use E-6000 for this. It's self leveling (fills the hole) and great for rubber. I've used it from wetsuits to tires and shoes/boots, many uses. Comes in clear, white and black.

Where can I find one this diameter? It's for the front PTO on my Mog and goes to an S3 Schmidt snowblower. All I can find is the 1 3/8" diameter. Thanks, Dave
