    MF 1433V wont move

I am guessing it is a synchoshuttle like on my 1533. I wish I had an idea... I have a service manual in pdf for the 1533.. parts will not be the same. It might give you some ideas if you want to see it. Its on my google drive and I can PM a link for it. Let me know....

    MF 1433V wont move

We have a 1533 synchroshuttle. It has a range lever and a gear shift. 8 forward and 8 reverse speeds/gears. If the 1433 you have only has a range lever, then I would say it is a hydrostatic. There is a version of the synchroshuttle that has 16 forward and 16 reverse.

It should be. Much of the software for the individual OE vehicles is stolen from the vendors who actually do the work. Don't get me started on Autel or on Launch. If you had a way to test the VAG support in the tool, there are fault codes we embed to verify the theft... Like, "Check the...

To your point @5030 we considered making a patent for the product we produce because in 2000, the diagnostic tool approach we launched was unique in the auto repair industry. Then we thought about the fact that we would have to disclose details that would allow others to steal our idea...

Do You Have a Tractor Shed/Barn?

We have a 30x40 Barn/Shed/Shop - BSS for short. We intended a pole barn when design was planned in Feb of 2020. When the work started in June, we soon learned - no poles for you. Top of mountains tend to be pretty rocky. A foundation had to be built. There goes the budget. We thought...

We use a 1533 - about 600 hours on it now - most of those have been put on it in the last 5 years after we took it out of storage. The 1533 gives just under 25hp to the PTO - so we can run a 5 foot brush hog. We mow 20 acres twice a year with that 5 foot hog. She runs great but I do have to...

4 wheel drive all the time? or just when needed

Do set up a video and let us see you do that with forks and a machine out front while you are in a uncontrolled slide. I'd be interested in learning how one has the presence of mind to slowly lower the FEL. The slide was over in what 30 seconds? With the forks curled as much as possible to...

4 wheel drive all the time? or just when needed

On my wild ride, I had the forks on - loaded with a 350lb machine - not the bucket.. I was not going to try putting the forks down... the bucket curled I might have tried.. but not forks. The fork frame catching something and me going pinwheel was what I was thinking. You are correct...

4 wheel drive all the time? or just when needed

Were you sitting in the same seat with me? See my earlier post.. did exactly the same as you.. hit the steepest part of our hill, had to make a 90 degree turn, the rears locked and sliding... I stopped about 200 yards downhill... It is a horrible feeling... I uttered similar words...

When you do not have automatic applied 4w drive, in those hairy cases, I suggest safe rather than sorry. Engage the 4w drive before finding out you should have!

4 wheel drive all the time? or just when needed

Flat lander? Two wheel makes sense. Hills, I got a story to tell: Boss and I were talking about how after 250 hours in the seat I was getting pretty good with the tractor. He says, "Don't go getting over-confident. 250 hours you are still a newb." I was working around the barn and on level...

Didn't suggest he replace it. Suggested it might be the problem. No point in this thread has anyone mentioned the pump. Are both the top and bottom hoses hot? Do we know there is any flow? How can we measure that the flow is sufficient? A temp guage going to do that? @RickB you are...

Which tractor for small operator? 5'1" petite farm owner

@mvoght, I hope you will start a thread about your UTV. We are interested in one. We use our UTV for lots of things but it is loud and stinky. We want something more stealthy for hunting season. Would love to hear your experiences.

PTO shaft de-couples in use: Bush Hog

With a 6" extension, don't forget to double check your shaft lengths. Make sure they are not too long.

    1750m Parking Brake

I mention it because at one point, I had my seat too far back and to push the brake and lock it, I had exactly that happen. I am a short portly.. sort legs, big fat belly. Blow my avatar up and you will get the overall idea...

    1750m Parking Brake

Sonny, any chance that when you push hard on the brake, you are lifting a butt cheek off the seat and seat safety is killing the engine?

People name their boats. Why not name your tractor?

We name all our machines... MissyFerg, Buck and Dane...

    Formal Training?

I've read the manual on our tractor 3 times so far.. you don't absorb all the detail until you start using the controls on the tractor. Low and slow.. that's how I go!

Starter spins, pinion gear jumps up to flywheel, but, wont turn engine over. Battery well charged...??

If the windings are failing, the motor can also spin under no-load but fail once current is required to do work. Your starter may be gone. Safety circuits, then Battery, then starter since I guess the safeties are least cost, then battery, then the starter motor.

Buying new tractor - novice operator

2007 TC30 - how many hours on it? Are you sure the problem is not fixable? Cost of fixing could be a lot less than buying new. TC30 seems a good size machine for your 20 acres.. I take care of 150 acres with a machine about the same size... 1. Most here will tell you to buy the heaviest...

Battery based electric vehicles of today and tomorrow.

I would expect that uncontrolled charging by the motors of the towed vehicle could overheat things and fry things in the inverter package. When plugged in and charging, the cooling system is operated to keep things cool. Under a failed condition, that may not be true. My guess is that this...
