Yes. Like the image I sent (which is for newer models of the RX, not sure what year it changed). My image the only one that is needed is the short hardline on the left side of the image. I believe its the same for the pic you provided. You only need to change the short hardline on the left.
I will have to take some pictures of the wiring. Right now its still a bit loose. I had some difficulty threading the wires through the stick. I had to remove the rubber covering on the black wire to get it through. So I put some heat shrink tubing on the connections but haven't sealed it yet...
Yup. I had both in mine as well. From what I can tell there is nothing different.
I got mine installed and it was mostly painless. The hardest part was taking off the old joystick from the lever assembly. That nut and stick both had red Loctite. I feared breaking the cast metal lever assembly...
Hey Everyone,
Adding this in for the community. I called up my dealer to find out where the Tractor P and T ports are which connect to the diverter valve. I posted some pictures here for anyone looking to do this on their own. You have to remove the hard line but you will need to reuse the...
Is there a different part number for the RXA111 3rd function if you have an Open Station vs Cab?
I bought the RXA111 and I have an open station but can't seem to validate if anything would be different than the cab version. All the documentation is for a cab.
Hi Everyone,
I know there are a couple of threads regarding the 3rd function for the 7320 but none of them have specifics on the install process. Yes I agree the picture instructions are essentially worthless so hence I need the help. I know others have requested this recently as well.
I am...
Yes it would be good to see multiple pictures or even video of where the lines connect to and how it functions with the joystick etc. The WR Long pics in zip file only go so far.
Thanks for sharing. It would be good to give them feedback for them to include written instructions with more detail. Hopefully they will enhance that in the short term.
Question: What is the going rate these days for the Kioti version of this kit?
Update: I put grommets on the pin handles and it solved a good deal of the noise. But upon further inspection the main issue is with the loader level indicator. The rod rattles like crazy inside the shaft. Will have to think of something for that. I may just take it off.
I really wanted the RX7340P but they didn't have any in an open station, only cabs and they didn't have an ETA on when they would be available. So I got the 7320 with hopes that after 10 years of production they worked out all the bugs. :)
The tolerance is so tight on the pin that i dont think plasti dip will work. I put 1 layer of electrical tape in a spiral pattern and the areas that overlapped didn't allow the pin to fit. Really a bummer. Never had a tractor that did this.
I know this is old but I figured I would reply here rather than starting a new thread.
As a new RX7320P owner this is the first thing I noticed that bothers the heck out of me. These pins rattle like crazy above 1900 RPM. I did wrap electrical tape in an attempt to fill the gap for the main...
J&K I appreciate the detailed reply. Its helpful. I will check out a hydraulic top link. I have been considering a quick hitch as I am not getting any younger. Ill have to see what brands and build quality look like.
Thank you. I thought about grinding it. All I have is a cutoff wheel and I would need to figure out how to secure it while cutting then perhaps hand file it clean. Just didn't want to look at the ugly cutting job on a brand new piece of equipment. :)
Thank you D&D. For point 2, I looked at those but was hoping I could get just the repair end (the part that connects to the implement not the tractor) being cat 1 but the thread size is often too small. Should be 1 1/8 for a larger Cat 2 top link.
Hi Everyone,
Recently came from a Mahindra 3540PST which I was very pleased with over the last 7 years. I have bumped up to an RX7320P and I am also initially very pleased with it.
Here are couple questions which I would like to better understand.
1. What do you guys run the RPMs at when...
Well guys I confirmed it was the 2 hoses leading from the top of the fuel tank. After replacing them I tested it out over the week. 24hrs between starts, 3 days between starts and 4 days between. Each time it never died or even stuttered.
I appreciate the help from all of you. I am just...
Update: I replaced the two fuel lines that come out of the fuel tank. 1 that leads to the common rail and the other that leads to the small pre-filter. I started it up today after nearly 24 hrs of sitting still.
The good news is that it didn't die! Normally it would have. So I will give it...
Thanks RJ. Oddly enough I just got off the phone with the service dept at my dealer. Really nice guys and the first thing say said was there is likely a pin hole leak in the fuel lines. Starts up as there is fuel still in the pump. But it quickly loses prime as it is sucking air.
For the OEM...
Just went out and tried to start it after a few hours of sitting. It died again. Checked all the connections, hoses etc and no leaks or weeping to be found. Its strange that it wont start but it will stay running once i get it started again. It has to be fuel delivery issue.
I also tried to...
Just went and started it and it almost died but picked back up on its own and ran. I checked the pump before and after it was not firm each time.
No check engine light either.
Also I can't upload the picture as the file size is too large, but what is the part that comes out the right side of...
Appreciate the insight and willingness to help. My tires are loaded so to take them off would be a major pain. I will try the pump in a little while and see what happens.
Also do our models have the shutoff solenoid?
Thank you for the reply. As you can tell the tractor sits more than I use it considering 300hrs in 5 years. It only dies on the initial startup. If I run the tractor for 10 min or 1 hr, kill it, then come back 30 min later it fires right up and keeps running.
I have checked the primer and even...
Hey Everyone,
I have been having this issue for several months. Allow me to explain the problem and what I have attempted and I hope someone has a good fix. :)
Problem:
Tractor starts easily as normal (with 2-3 seconds of cranking).
Runs for about 5 seconds then dies.
I then have to crank...
So I was out working the loader last weekend and started to notice the bucket slowly dumping on its own. So I curled it back up and it started to fall again. Knowing I probably had a hydraulic leak somewhere I quickly brought it under my shop roof and shut it down. I took a look underneath and...
Hi Everyone,
Checking to see if anyone has any experience in using this chainsaw sharpener. Did a search and didn't see anything pop up on this so i figured i would ask the forum.
Timberline Chainsaw Sharpener |Sharpen Your Chainsaw
Thanks!
Guys,
For the life of me I can't find that thread/pic of the ammo can toolbox that is mounted right in front of the tractor. Its on the front bumper plate if I could call it that. Thanks for the help!
So i was under the tractor just checking on things and happened to notice a bolt missing. I thought it was odd as I never touched anything other than the drain plugs for transmission and engine oil changes. Upon further inspection I noticed it was 1 of 2 bolts holding together the step to get on...
Just wanted to share with the forum the process for resetting the service indicator. This is the process for the 3500 series so it might be different for you depending on your model.
1. Open fuse panel located under steering column left side.
2. Pull the 10a fuse from the top right of the...
I own a 2017 3540 PST and just did the first oil change at 46 hours. The manual calls for 8 quarts so I put in 8. I let it run for 30 sec and then turned it off and let it sit for 5 min. I checked the fluid level and it was about 1.5 inches higher than the top mark. Manual says it should be...
I have a 3540 PST and I was curious if anyone was experiencing the same difficulty in determining what range you are in. There are no distinct shift or way to know if you are in Med or High or neutral or Med. The lever doesn't really "settle" in if that makes sense.
The range shift if...
