It was just days ago I poo-poo'd a post or two about these filters catching manufacturing residue and argued that the 50 hour filter change is ridiculous. And I thought it was stupid to have 2 filters for the same fluid. But now I know why there are 2 filters and why they state to change...

I understood and was told by my dealer the 50hr service was to change engine oil AND hydro oil...along with nearly all filters. The manual says change the engine oil and a couple filters at 50hrs, that's it. No new hydrostatic oil till 400hrs and no mention of other filters commonly changed...

Strange thing. The grapple fully closed, power off, actuate the hydraulic lever to what I thought would relieve hydraulic pressure. Remove the two quick connect hoses for the grapple, then try to reconnect...no-go. Pressure remains in (apparently) the grapple side. Any ideas to easily address...

I've never ad to ask for a PDF manual for anything before...they've always been out there somewhere or easily obtainable. Why are Kioti's so hard to find? Anyone know where to find them? CK series specifically.

It appears the CK line uses the same engine model across 3 HP options. 25, 34 and 39. Out of the box, from Daedong, engine model 3A165LW come stock tuned for 34hp per their web site. Does anyone know the secret to "unlock" or re-tune the claimed 25hp engine back to 34hp?
