The dealer did install them and after taking off the bucket so it would fit in the garage and letting down the loader I can tell their placement is going to be a problem. I was thinking about bending the plate forward. Is this what you would do or do you suggest something else?

Just a little update. I finally found the right tractor for me and my needs right now. It's a 2038r it fits me perfect and has plenty of room for these size 16 feet of mine!

I have done some research and looked at a few compact tractors (Mahindra, New Holland, and Kubota) and have not found one so far to fit my 6'5" 400lb frame comfortably. Despite the obvious answer of losing weight I am seeking advice on what brand of tractors offer more room in the compact range...
