    Solid Tires on a 5600?

They look to be non OEM. Carlisle TRAC Chief 27x10.5-15, 6 ply, rated at 2600 lbs They are somewhat worn but still have good tread. I do get it stuck on occasion but not often. I’d welcome suggestions on whether foam filling would be a good option, or other ideas.

    Solid Tires on a 5600?

Yeah, fair number of flats. We are also moving rocks around and I load it semi heavy often and notice the extra flex from the front tires. I’m open to suggestions. I’d just def sacrifice a bit of ride comfort for less tires maintenance since we don’t run it at speed often.

    Solid Tires on a 5600?

Hey There, Doing a large earthwork job on my own place and we have a 5600 in addition to a bunch of larger equipment. I find myself in the toolcat constantly, we have enough big rockwork in place that the turning radius and four wheel steer get us into the areas we are working so much easier...

    New to me 2007 Toolcat

I looked for one about 18 months ago and couldnt find one for a decent price. Was looking for a cushman electric golfcart on craigslist a few days ago and ran across a toolcat posted in the UTV section instead of Heavy equipment with the name misspelled for a solid price and bought it an hour...

Considering a toolcat, couple general questions and any intel on where to get a good deal on a unit with 1k hrs or so?

Really appreciate all of the help this far. I think I’ve officially got toolcat lust disorder at this point. Three more quick questions 1) I’m leaning towards a 5600, but wanted to see how useful the pto and three point were on the 5610. I’m used to operating a Deere 210 with the seat cranked...

Considering a toolcat, couple general questions and any intel on where to get a good deal on a unit with 1k hrs or so?

Would others echo the sentiment that they are maintenance heavy? I have big stuff to lift big loads and won’t ever sell my wheel loader, so it wouldn’t be our main tool, just our light duty, day to day maintenance choice. It would basically be a light duty runabout with a loader bucket for...

Considering a toolcat, couple general questions and any intel on where to get a good deal on a unit with 1k hrs or so?

Thank ya. I forgot to mention we are looking for something UTV sized, no wider than 60”. I’ve operated a bunch of kubotas small stuff and it really wouldn’t be my first choice, plus we’d need a small tractor and a utv then. This would basically be taking the place of our skid and obviating the...

Considering a toolcat, couple general questions and any intel on where to get a good deal on a unit with 1k hrs or so?

Hey There, We have a 10 acre avocado farm just south of Santa Barbara on the coast. We did a pretty major amount of earthwork out here and Ive collected a lot of heavy iron, Cat 320, midi and mini kubota excavators, Deere 210, cat wheel loader, bobtail and a kubota skid. We are finally getting...

Help finding an appropriately sized FEL or large TLB

Hi all, We currently have a kubota kx 040 mini ex and an svl75 track loader on our 10 acre Avo farm. We are deep in the infrastructure phase and have quite a few (1000s) large sandstone boulders to distribute around the property for rock walls as well as ~2500 yards of fill dirt that needs to...

Big job, total newbies, least # of pieces of equipment to get the job done :)?

Hey There, First post. And I'm a retired Doc with zero Ag experience, so, take it easy on me :) We just bought a small avocado orchard just south of Santa Barbara on the coast. Zero maintenance for the last ten years, and about half the land had been leased to a commercial nursery. Grade is...
